ABOUT
I have been in Canada for 9 months. I am currently of Culinary Management at George Brown College.
Three years ago, I had no idea how my life is going to be and what I would love to do the most in the nearest future.
Back in Vietnam, I wasted a lot of time doing thing that I was completely not interested in, which is taking a course in French for Tourism that lasted for nearly 10 years.
During that time, I found out that I loved cooking, I mean a lot. But There were some obstacles in the first place because I have no skills or knowledge about the industry. So that's why I decided to start from the bottom, I began to study by myself by watching online cooking and baking classes, reading books about Culinary industry and most importantly, I applied for a job at a bakery called Jeremy's Kitchen and luckily got accepted. I've gained a lot of experience from there including how to bake a cake, how to work with team spirit, how to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues and most importantly what is feels like working in the industry.
My mom is the best cook to me personally. To be honest, I had this inspiration from her who has been so caring and supportive to me. She's mainly the reason why I'm deeply in love with Asian cuisine.

I am so glad to share with you my passion about food especially homemade food for people who are busy at work but still want to have meals at home.
Additionally, through the blog, I can have more experiences about food and broaden my horizon that I would love to share with my readers to encourage them for eating healthy food everyday.
