After having a tired day, almost people just want to sleep and skip the meal. Simply because they think that they have to spend the less remaining time on cooking instead of napping to have more energy. That’s why the number of consumers using fast food has increased recently. However, it’s cannot a positive choice for a long time. But with minestrone in minutes, everything will become easier than ever. Its name has already revealed all things, we don’t have to take too much time to cook but still make sure about nutrition. Let’s do it with me to enjoy this dish together.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 grams tomato-based pasta sauce

  • 900 mililitres hot chicken stock

  • 200 grams Ditalini

  • 500 grams can mixed bean

METHOD: Note: Different Ditalini has different instructions. Remember to read it before turning to step 1

  1. Bring the pasta sauce into the pain, drain the beans and add it to hot stock. Make sure the beans soft enough and switch off the stove.

  2. Boil the Ditalini in accordance with the instructions on the packet.

  3. Wait until the pasta is tender and turn off the pain. To cool off its surface, dip the pasta with water and then swell with soup.

This one is a kind of Western Food. The plus point for this dish is that this is such a quick and easy food to cook for breakfast and dinner. If you wake up a little bit late or you are tired after having hard-working day, that would be a good idea. Moreover, this one is very healthy because the main ingredients are vegetable. It is a great idea not only to start a long day with a light breakfast but also to provide enough energy. From my point of view, this soup is not quite tasty because I don’t get used to the Western’s taste. But it is a good idea for someone who is on a diet.
